Firm Philosophy

Chip Duncan and Kelley Sevin have been practicing together since 1998. In the ensuing years, the firm has grown but their focus has remained the same: meeting clients’ needs.

Duncan & Sevin is located in downtown New Orleans, across the street from the federal court and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal and just blocks away from Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

Community Service

Duncan & Sevin is deeply committed to the welfare of the New Orleans community and is proud to be involved in several charitable causes throughout the area including SOLACE, Habitat for Humanity and Dragon Cafe.

Napoleon House
